Or would you prefer "Pledge of Allegiance" aprons?

Mom had a fun suggestion for the reunion. If everybody brought plain t-shirts (maybe in red, white, and/or blue?), we could provide a way to decorate them (an iron-on or something) as Hassell Reunion Shirts. Michael's frequently has t-shirts on sale - we'll try to let you know when.

I was hoping for super-cool Hassell capes. . . but t-shirts would work too!

No aprons, no how!!

Marla, I am coming- it's just a matter of whether or not it's in person or in spirit. Unfortunately OHSU and their evil system of every other weekend has the final say. I'll try to figure out if it's my 'other' weekend at work this weekend. :)

Trina - no pressure!

Love the shirt and the cape idea...I made capes for my kids one year by sewing a cape into the back neck of a t-shirt. (to decrease the chance of stranglulation) They've been begging me to make them new ones...the kids could be "super sonic hassells!" Heaven's knows we are all loud enough ;)

Glen votes for aprons.

I think capes are an awesome idea.

How about t shirts for the family picture and the parade and aprons or capes for the rest of the time? We need one normal looking group at the parade! Oh wait, that probably wouldn't be us no matter what we wear. (And Glen, I have an apron I'd be more than happy to pass on to you!)
