Eat Your Heart Out, Marie Callendar!!

Inspired by Marla, Dad decided to try the raspberry pie recipe with blueberries. Yum! (Hint: leave the Knox gelatin out of the blueberry topping recipe. Blueberries must have some natural pectin.)

Blueberries also work great with the Strawberry pie recipe. Make 1.5 times the glaze and add almond to the pudding filling. Looks yummy! Unfortunately, the birds are greedy and have eaten all my blueberries. Without Costco, I wouldn't have any!!

I also make it with peaches/nectarines -- after putting on the glaze, I sprinkle a few fresh raspberries over the top.
