Apparently Mom makes it look too easy.

Conversation from yesterday, while we watched a school-bus unload a wheelchair-bound student:

Olivia: I wish I was handicapped.

Me: What? Why?

Olivia: Wheelchairs look fun.

Me: Kids in wheelchairs can't walk or run.

Olivia: I know.

Me: They can't ride bikes or jump!

Olivia: I know.

Me: They can't even brush their own teeth or get their own snacks!

Olivia: I know. That's the point! . . . . . . . . . Also, I wouldn't have to rub Daddy's stinky feet.

Don't feel bad Trina, when my kids were little and they all wanted to be in daycare and ride in that van that all daycare kids "get" to ride in.

I hear you! Every time we used to drive past a daycare house with play equipment galore in the yard, LaRee and Jaci would BEG to be put in daycare!

I have a chair she can borrow. (Could I be making this look too easy?!)
